I let them know twice And they tell me I’m charging it for more than 20 minutes at a time and that is what is causing it. The battery drains so fast and I have to charge it 1 and sometimes twice a day and it takes an hour or more to charge it. They refuse to correct the problem.
Keep bugging them is your only option I guess.
