First 5k marathon we have done. It was great fun and Asha was a big hit!
My goal was to do the race in under an hour and I did! 56mins and 54 seconds!!!

Thanks to Nel Peach who sent Asha a team diabetes scarf for the race!!

Wonderful picture Asha and karebear :) Congrats for putting you xxx's on the line !! ...other Team D's took place today : one in Edindburgh , Scotland with 80 plus Team D members( some from Calgary , AB ) ...they raised over half a million CAD for the cause and likely Ottawa , ON ...my turn soon ..in Amsterdam ..a buddy of mine signed up ..we are called : the Amsterdam Hoofers :) ...get the jist ??
