I passed out while driving to the grocery store. It was back in the days when I was on Humalog and Lantus. Lantus just never agreed with me and I had three terrorfying episodes of passing out behind the wheel. I was so very thankful and greatful that I hurt no one, and I still thank God each time I am reminded of it. Behind the wheel of anything that you are driving and having a bad low is a catastrophy waiting to happen. Since going on my pump I have not had another bad low (Thank the Lord above). And I pray for all my fellow diabetics and hope no one has to have that experience ~Sande
