I take 0.75 mg of Trulicity. I would say most of the time it’s good, but once in awhile I will get a bad low and often my sugars will go high in the middle of the night. That’s partly because I have Gastroparesis and that is when my food finally moves on into my intestines. I had a bad low the other day (3.4), broke out into a huge sweat, was very light headed and felt like I was going to pass out. Not fun.
Are you having issues? 4.5 mg dose sounds like a lot.

No major problems. I am struggling right now. Usually I stick to my meal plan with no problem. Thanks Nancy50
