Two things

first and foremost, my endo told me i had to get one of these blood sugar sensors from dexcom and wear it for 3 days. i am a natural worrier. especially when there is lack of one around. i love/hate that sensor. i have already worn it and taken it back, but let me tell you. it hurts to see your bg rise so fast in front of you. and then it lowers as slowly as a sloth climbing down a tree to go potty. drives you crazy. the good news from this is that i know what i need to fix, if i did not already fix it with the sensor.
second, i am not the healthiest person. i LOVE food and can't help myself. over this year though i have had to control myself like never before. at first when i was diagnosed, i could eat almost anything because of that blessed honeymoon stage. but i slowly got in a habit to cut the snacks and sweets and to start exercising. which made a big difference in my bg levels. after a time though i started to say whatever and brought back my bad habits. i also cut some exercise. it really makes a difference. one day of not exercising will make my bg levels higher then normal. eating healthier really makes a difference too.
just wanted to inform and point out.
