I just heard about this on the radio! Thanks for posting the link.

I did a double take when they said something about insulin and Alzheimer’s. My first thought was no … don’t tell me that now I am going to have Alzheimer’s too! :wink:

I wonder how common this “type 3 diabetes” is. (You know that we define type 3 diabetes as someone who has a loved one with diabetes… :slight_smile: … )

I know Kristin now it looks like we need Type 4 :slight_smile:
If this is true it seems from the article that proper definition between the types is going to come into play as important, as well as it looks as if insulin may be recommend earlier in type 2’s.

I think this has more to do with insulin receptors instead of insulin. I am trying to find more info from scientific sites now. If I find more Ill will post it
