I went to TCOYD in DC not too long ago and it looks like the have two scheduled for later in the year on the east coast.
it may be the San Diego Insulin Independence meeting. google it up. If your son gets there he will run into very active T1. we have marathon runners, bikers, surfers, snowboarders, you pick. it’s an awesome people to hang out and get inspired. we learn about nutrition, hiw to manage exercise +insulin etc. It’s an eye oppener.
