Diabetes News Hound published a news article on a new study that says a low-carb Mediterranean-style diet is better than a low-fat, calorie-restricted diet for people with diabetes. Has anyone tried either of these? If so, what’s your take?

I saw that too and expect the reason is because the low-carb Mediterranean diet is in fact low-carb! Don’t know when the powers that be will recognize that, for diabetics, carbs ARE the problem!
