1.treat your disease like your best friend, so try to get the most informations about it
2.keep your fit, the exercises don't have to be exhausting, choose these one, which please you (f.ex. cycling ;)
3.diet - it also doesn't have to be downside of our disease, but eat in moderation, avoid grease (boil or steam), eat a lot of vegetables and no snacks (!)
4.don't forget about insulin, measure your sugar-blood level , it'll help you
5. ... share with your diabetes with the others :D
