A project for a PhD class

Hi all,
I’m new here. I’ve been type 1 (or 1.5) since I was 33…12 years ago. My mom was diagnosed at the same age and I have a cousin that has had type 1 since she was a kid.

I’m working on a PhD in technical communication and rhetoric and I’m really interested in the diabetic patient registries that some doctors have been using.

For my class this term I have to do a couple of very small research projects and I’d like to get some feedback about documents associated with these systems.

I was hoping folks might be interested in volunteering to participate in my class projects or might have suggestions on how to find participants (people with type 1 or 2).

Thanks…I’m looking forward to hearing from people and I’m really glad I stumbled upon this site for my own questions!
