My son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 18 months. He is now a very active 9 year old who lives and breathes baseball. We were on daily injections up until 4 years ago when we decided it was time to become a pumper. We haven’t looked back since. The best decision we ever made in this life with Diabetes was to get him pumping. Our most recent adventure was switching from his first pump, the Deltec Cozmo, to the OmniPod. It’s been a love hate relationship with it but we are making it work.
