I was just curious if any type 1 diabetics have tried Advocare?
I know they offer cleanses and supplements, among other things.
I have thought about doing the 24 day challenge, but I am hesitant.
Thanks!

Nicloe, I will be starting the 24 day challenge next month. Everything is sugar free and low carb. My personal trainer is a huge advocate of the products and says it's perfectly safe for us...T1's. Good luck and hope you succeed.

I've had the meal replacements and they work great for my bs. I haven't tried many other products except the fish oil.
I assume you’re asking this from a diabetes perspective, but I thought I would throw it out there that the Advocare products and those like them are really nothing special. You can get the same vitamins/caffeine/protein/detox/whatever you’re looking for from the store for a fraction of the cost. Most of the awesome sounding vitamins can be found in a cheap multivitamin. But if it’s something you want to try, it should be safe for diabetes. The only exception I can find is if your bg is sensitive to caffeine. The spark product has caffeine added. Good luck in your health journey!
