Allergies, blood sugar, and allergy meds

I’m pretty sure my allergies (pollen) are raising my blood glucose- though not significantly, I’ve seen a rise.
But like most people I’ve come to the point where I should say enough- and get some allergy medication. I have heard that many allergy meds raise blood glucose… but is there a good medication specifically for diabetics or anything that doesn’t raise blood glucose dramatically

I have severe allergies to dust pollen mold and work (jk about the work)

I take allegra 180’s (monster dose) and Rhinocort (it’s a spray), daily, and am symptom free and no noticable increase in blood suagr. good luck!
