Just wondering if any diabetics here are on the autism spectrum, and how it affects your diabetes. Am I the only wierd one, lol
I’m here. I’m not on facebook (but thanks Courtney for the invite). I think having AS and being aware of disability culture helped me when I was diagnosed, but difficulty in communicating may have made it take longer to be diagnosed, and I have problems being aware enough of my body to feel hypos (although I met a guy with T1 and AS who says he thinks his AS makes him more hypo aware).
