I'm a product person so I'm always interested in anything new. Just noticed that during my bi-weekly sweep of eBay, there's a new OneTouch Select meter out there that has its own strips.
Several appear to come from EU and India. Yet, the OneTouch site does have an unpromoted page about it (http://www.onetouch.com/one-touch-select-blood-glucose-meter). I'm a OneTouch Mini user and loved the Bayer Contour USB and the OneTouch Verio. So why not use a one those? The Bayer was the perfect size but too costly for strips and the Verio is cool tech but too big for a guy's pocket (OneTouch needs geeks in their marketing department... geeks love their tech smaller -- a black Verio Mini would love my pocket).
I will assume, and being a OneTouch user for 22 years, that this is a new way to "re-market" old strips or resigned old tech in a new proprietary way. But I was curious if there were any new features or just a rehash.
