Moving to a pump after 5 years of MDI - wondering if there are any Accu-chek Combo users out there who would be willing to share their experiences with this pump?

I've been using the pump for 2 years.
I like it, the remote bolus function via the meter is very useful, although the bluetooth drops a fair bit and it's often easier and quicker to bolus from the pump then waiting for the remote to link up, although this speeds up with fresh batteries etc.
It has all the features you'd ever need, apart from the CGM connection you'd get with the vibe.

There are many positive things with the Combo. Among them are:
- Large reservoir (315U)
- Bolus Advisor (in meter)
- Remote control of pump (via meter)
- Up to 5 daily basal rates
- Reliable design
- Water resistant to IPX8 (pump only!)
- Excellent customer support
I also like that the units use easily obtainable batteries (AA for pump, AAA for meter), but I am not too happy with the battery life (especially for the meter).
After 10 months, I remain pretty satisfied, but the real question is what are you looking for in a pump??

I tried it last year and loved it, but I couldn't afford the co-pay to buy it, so I'm back on my Accu-chek Spirit.
I have been a combo user for 1 year. hoping to find a replacement. My combo meter is out, and the replacement is back ordered....Good luck!
