I think, that as a diabetic, you can come up with a better dietary plan that will be more delicious and effective, than going on WW. LOL. I love the question!

I don't know whats in those shakes, but it doesn't look like a 'satisfying meal,' to me. Add some fibrous vegetables to your meals - A big helping because when one eats vegetables, one has to eat A LOT of vegetables, if your a vegetable eater, that is. I add broccoli to everything. Not because I like it, but because its filling. I use broccoli to 'cut' pasta. Think of yourself as a villainous drug lord that's trying to 'cut down' all your potent cocaine (noodles and rice) into cheap street crack (noddles diluted with a bunch of disgusting broccoli). Whats super convenient for us, as diabetics, is that a lot of the foods that are good for diabetics are also good for loosing weight. You might find a way to kill two birds with one stone!
