Anyone on Omnipod have PCIP insurance? Wondering if its considered in network?

I just finally got health insurance after being without for several years. I was on the pod for several years, but had to go off because I just couldn't afford it anymore after my husband lost his job. Insulet offered no incentives to work with people financially, so I had to get off of it and go back to injections. This was about a year ago and since then my health has suffered. I do not respond well to Lantus and saw my A1C's go from 5.2 up to 8.0. Long story short, I was finally able to get preexisting condition insurance. I was under the assumption that the pod would be covered, but now just realized that its possible that the plan could be considered out of network. I'm wondering if anyone else out there has experience with using this plan (or a similar one in their state) with omnipod, There is a very high deductible of about $1500, so I can't even imagine having to then still pay for pods on top of that covered at only 50%. I'm hoping this is not the case!

Thanks for your help!
