Change sound on libre 2

How do I change the awful alert sound, even worse than dex, lol, on the libre 2 app or anywhere? I can’t figure it out. I am testing a sample my cde gave me so now I have dex and libre driving me nuts. I turn off both phone apps sound while sleeping and close out libre app.

The LibreLink app itself doesn’t offer that option. However, on Android phones you can set a different sound for each of the alarms somewhere in the Apps&notifications menu in the phone settings. iPhones probably have a similar option?

Libre2, to turn off sounds go to the little wheel on the top corner, click second line for sounds. I use a flip phone. Just in case anyone like me.Nancy50

There is no wheel etc. on mine- on the top right there is only a round thing to make it scan bg etc.

When I go to settings there is no control of sound but I see it can be changed for the specific sound but not on the iphone in settings or the app.

I turned off sound in the iphone settings but it is still beeping very very LOUDLY on my watch! LOL, I went for a walk etc. at the beach and other places and everyone is staring at me and it jars me constantly … so awful :weary:

@Boerenkool I can’t find anything to do it on my iphone… not for dexcom either in the app settings or the watch settings. I don’t even have the libre app on my watch and somehow it is beeping me there?

UPDATE: my watch is still beeping for libre at least, ugh!

Mine does not look like that at all. I have an iphone. When I go to settings there is no way to change sounds or volume there in the app. I changed it in my phone and watch to no sound but ut is still beeping loudly on both and the only thing that works is to close the app out completely.

That’s unfortunate. Have you found this guide? Home | FreeStyle Libre | Abbott In step 4 on the 2nd page they show an option to set custom alarm tones, but they don’t show what exactly you can set there.
Yes, those are push notifications that your phone sends to the apple watch. I have no idea if you can turn them off somewhere in the librelink iPhone app or on the watch itself.

I will call them. For now I closed the app, lol. My neighbor and close friend passed yesterday so I don’t have the energy for figuring this out right now.
