Has anyone used Clif Shot Energy Gel as a low treament? If so how has it worked?

I’ve tried them for running and am not sure they are the best for lows? I forget which brand/ flavor I had (it might have been those?) but I think they have some longer acting carbs, sort of fuel for races, on top of whatever quick “shot” carbs they have?
I’ve tried something similar to it before, but in all honesty I didn’t enjoy the texture of it much. Not sure how well it’d work for lows though, might be best to experiment and see how it affects your blood sugars one night and whether or not it would prove to be useful in a situation where you need sugar quickly.
