I am on CPAP for Sleep Apnea and was wondering if one does not sleep with the mask and he / she has a restless sleep which will ultimately cause stress: Will this cause higher then normal glucose readings, since stress can cause elevated levels?
For several nights, I did not use the CPAP and I kinda think this happened or is it a coincident?
