Crown jewel Dessert

1 pkg (4 serv.) Sugar Free Cherry Jello
1 pkg (4 serv.) Sugar Free Lime Jello
1 pkg (4 serv.) Sugar Free Orange Jello
1 pkg (4 serv.) Sugar free Lemon Jello
1/4 cup sugar (I havent tried with Splenda yet but I plan to soon!)
1 cup canned pineapple juice
1 3/4 cups thawed Cool Whip lite

Dissolve cherry, lime and orange flavor jellos separately, using 1 cup of boiling water for each flavor. Add 1/2 cup cold water to each flavor. Pour each flavor into its own 8-inch pan. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into 1/2- inch cubes.

Bring pineapple juice to a boil and remove from heat.
Dissolve Lemon jello and sugar into the hot juice. Chill until slightly thickened and syrupy.
Blend Cool Whip into syrup mixture. Fold in jello cubes. Pour into 9-inch tube pan or 8 cup mold. Chill overnight or until firm. Unmold. Garnish with Cool Whip if desired.

If you dont mind adding a few extra carbs, line the pan with lady fingers.
