Carb.-free cherry jello (made with carb. free Sprite for the zing), with half a teaspoon of Hunt’s low-carb. vanilla pudding, a thin slice of granny smith apple and an almond. About a gram of carb.!

That looks great and it’s so simple. I’ll have to try it very soon.
I just made it (using Raspberry vs. cherry) and it was wonderful. I didn’t have the granny smith, but another kind of apple was good too. Thanks again for posting this.
