I want to delete my account permanently.
How do I do this? (I also asked on the ‘new website’ forum, but the result was exceptionally confusing.)

There are two approaches that come to mind.
One way would be to send an email request to the admin team via the “Contact Us” link for the site, diabeteshandsfoundation.org/contact-us. If you prefer you can also use the “Contact Us” link on the bottom right hand side of the site Home Page.
The other way would be to send a private message to the username TuDiabetes_Administr.
To send a private message, go to your profile page by clicking on the "My Page"button in the bar at the top every site page. 
On your profile page look for the "Messages" section in the button bar on the left side of the page.

Look for the "New Message" button 
in the upper right hand side of the page. Click on it to create and send a private message to the username TuDiabetes_Administr with your request to have your profile permanently deleted.
Someone should get back to you. It may take a bit because it’s the weekend and some people are out of town at other events, but someone should respond to your request.
The best way to have your account deleted send an email to tudiabetesadmin at gmail with the request. This may take a few days to complete at this time as a fair number of people are away, but this will be taken care of.
