Hi, I have been type 1 33 years. Generally been ok & reasonably well controlled. I am 46 years old & considering dental implants as im getting Older bite is changing and causing some pain. It would be top front four teeth but read that it’s not recommended for diabetics due to infection risk. Currently they are route filled with apicoectomy. Can anyone recommend alternative (not keen on dentures) or about implants. Many thanks, chris
