OK i would love to start a family but i am type 2 i am on the new v-go i have talked with my Dr about starting a family want i am asking is how hard is it to get pregnant and doing your pregnancies how was it i hope your get what i trying to say.very scared of the out come of diabetes and trying to get pregnant.
Hey lucy - you may want to check out the Oh! Baby! group for some specific answers from PWD during their pregnancies. I have T1 and am currently 23 weeks with my second. I completely understand the emotions that come with pregnancy. However, if this is something you want, I believe you can do what needs to be done to have a healthy pregnancy. Finding a stellar team (for me: endo, OB, and perinatologist) who you trust for advice and council has been key for me. Good luck!
