Friends at tudiabetes…I will be a guest on the Dr. Oz show next week discussing the challenges to my family that diabetes brings. The show will focus on my personal challenges with diabetes as well as my husbands challenges in cooking in a healthy way since he does most of the cooking! I know! Lucky me! His first love is cooking,but he is clueless and I have no willpower with his food! Although I am a therapist and help people with their problems daily…this is my personal challenge that I haven’t been able to conquer. I hope my journey helps others!
Have a great time and don't be shy about telling him off! I find some of his schtick interesting but he can be aggressive too.
I do most of our cooking so I don't have the same problem you have! I'd be intrigued to hear what mrsacidrock would say about challenges though!
