Diabetes Celebrity Question? "Don't ask don't tell" or do you just tell your doc "Read my Blog!"?

Not Bret Michaels or Halle Berry but do people of note in the DOC disclose their blogs message board postings, BBT results, etc. to your doctors or health care teams? People like Manny and Kerry Sparling seem to have a significant presence that would likely be in the news, etc. in their communities to the extent that I would figure their doctors would be aware of their ***status***?

I am reasonably certain my doctor isn't aware that I am suggesting hitting golf balls through the windows at the BCBS office to protest 8 day shipping on test strips or various other beefs I have with them but I wonder what benefits or risks there might be in putting one's information out there for the world to see? No one says that you have to use your real name so I would suggest changing it to AcidStone. Your doctor won't know it is you!

I actually did tell one of my doctor's about my blog - he is one of the good ones and wouldn't get insulted if he read the "I hate doctors" post I wrote. His nurse even asked for the address. He has asked me how the blogging is going. When I told him about the one drug company sending me a big box of samples, he told me that is because I blog and they were hoping I would write about it.
