I have been on the pump since 2008 and I have filled out the DTC form.I have also documented in a letter how long it takes for me to manage my condition.I also have mild form of epilepsy that causes me to loose memory after seizures.I have about 2-3 a month.My diabetic doctor is not being very helpful on helping me get this DTC.What can I do to or where can I go to change this.I live in Windsor ontario.Help me,friends!
