I was surprised to read that Medicare approved Eversense back in November. Your post is the first I’ve read about it. Great to have this choice. I’m definitely in the “wait and see” camp on this one.
I’d be more interested if it were approved for six months or one year but even then worry about the repeated insertion and removal into the same site. I’ve been using the patient applied traditional CGM for ten years now and am happy overall with its performance, even though I replace my sensors about every 14 days.
