I have two brand new testers in the box… I have so many as it is… I need to clean out.

Also, I buy my insulin out of pocket so my days of using the pen are long gone based on cost, but I have a bunch of sealed pen needles.

I’d like to give these to someone who needs them who is either under-insured or goes without. People have been so generous and supportive with me, I want to pass it on. Plus sending this stuff to a landfill that could be used by someone who really needs it for their treatment is senseless.

The neighborhood clinic I go to won’t take items unless they come from a specific program or rep. Are there any locations or organizations who would take these items to distribute?

I’ve sent extras to an organization in my area. I got the information of where to send from ipump.org.

Here are the items I have:

Meter: Freestyle Lite, new in box, sealed

Unilet general purpose superlite lancets

(5) snack size zip lock bags of BD pen needles, 31Gx3/16th

Meter: OneTouch Ultra Mini, new in box, I opened the box to check out the new color, but never used.
