Some people - not sure where I read this - were saying that they wished the Pods were nicer looking.
And, I agree, they are not lovely.
So - because I probably have too much spare time - I bought a few packages of stickers.
And I just slap one on my pod when I change Pods.
I have pretty Koi Fish, silly sayings & even temporary pirate totoos (they work very well.)
Especially for the kids, this could be real helpful.
Sports stickers or Pixies or Disney stickers.
Makes it look cute, more personal and gives me aa chuckle.

I never thought about placing anything on the pod…Good idea. Maybe we should have a Pod designing contest
Just be sure to not cover the tiny hole in the pod where you can place a paper clip to disable the beeping alarm if and when a pod goes crazy when you are out and about.

Ohhh, Thank you for telling us not to cover the tiny hole.
But - I didn’t even know there was one. I think I read about it but have been so occupied trying to get the insulin right, I never paid attention.
Now I have to go read the Omnipod Book and try to figure out where that tiny hole is.
I can’t find it on the pod I am wearing - so perhaps I covered it…

I DECORATE MY PODS WITH SHARPIES!!! I ACTUALLY WROTE “MY PANCREAS” ON ONE OF THEM BECAUSE PEOPLE ASKED ME WHAT IT WAS AND I ENJOYED SAYING IT WAS MY PANCREAS AND THE LOOK ON THEIR FACES WAS PRICELESS!!!

Sometimes I write Insulin Pump on it if it is on my arm, because every person asks… Whats that on your arm?

This is a great idea!! I’ve tried putting stickers but they don’t stay on. Do you use extra glue to keep them on? I’ll try the temp tattoos. I know that Will would love this! Thanks for the great suggestion!

I told my mom that I wanted to sharpie the pods. she was like “don’t you dare!”. but… i think i’ll mention to her that other people do… and then she’ll let me. i really don’t want it to always just be a white blob on me.
