Anyone have any experience using glucosamine? Articles I googled give vague/conflicting advice on any potential adverse effect on diabetes. Thanks
I take it every morning. Haven’t noticed any adverse affects on my BG. My endo hasn’t warned against it.
My pharmacist wife tells me that glucosamine sulfate is more widely studied than glucosamine hydrochloride and should therefore be considered more effective. So read the label.
