No not anxiety or a panic attack. I think the adrenaline probably caused my heart to speed up because the pain/nausea happened so quickly it freaked me out.
My sugggestion is that we stay away from diagnosis via the internet. Most of us are not medical professionals, and even if we were, we wouldn’t diagnose someone we had never seen, done tests on and done a history on. Sharing our own experience is one thing, diagnosing another.
