Insulin for keto/low carb

I have been on low carb diet for six years. I find that the low carb breads and snacks correspond well with the net carbs on the labels. Ate two slices of Aldi’s low carb bread for lunch and didn’t take any bolus. Sugar remains level. The result is that only about 10% of my total insulin is boluses and a little of that is corrections. I love carbs but just found low carb requires far fewer guesses as to number of carbs and absorption with resulting good time in range

Dr. Bernstein’s law of small numbers works well for me.

Fewer carbs = less insulin = smaller mistakes.
