My pump has arrived and boy am I scared and nervous. it seems more and more to get used to and besides a new meter that sends the test results to the pump. oh gee. Maybe I felt like this 5 years ago when I first went on the Minimed 508 pump but some how I dont think it had this much stuff to learn. My CDE told me to put in the batteries , push the buttons and watch the dvd before I meet her on friday ( at all places ) Mcdonalds. Oh well I will some how survive and get a hang of it
Congrats on the new pump , you are lucky your rep is meeting you local . My rep is making me drive a hr and half to meet her at the Hospital for training . You will be a pumping pro in no time .
