Just added: Ready, Set, Let's Go (a brand new exercise check-in)

Okay, I couldn’t think of a better name for this group. It’s an exercise check-in for ANYBODY who wants encouragement and support to work out. Come and share your issues with exercise and let us applaud your successes.

Some help please - I don’t know how to invite people to going the group. It looks like group stays mine (and can’t be found by a search) until I invite people to join. Thanks!

Hi Yvonne,

I could use some encouragement and support to work out more at the gym regarding strength training (weights). Please invite me to join. Good luck with “Ready, Set, Let’s Go.” It looks like it will be beneficial and enjoyable to participate. Best regards, Lucy

Yvonne, In the search box type in ready, it brings you right to it. I’ve already signed up.

Kathy

Yes, please invite me too because I find exercise dull and boring. Plus I have a hard time with some exercise because of old back problems.

Louise

I would like to join!
I have been using my Wii for 45min to an hour a day for the last two weeks, don’t know if I’ve lost any weight, but I’ve had to adjust my basal rate down three times so far!

Lucile - just look at Kathy’s instructions. I going for a walk in about an hour and will check in before dinner.

Please do join - it will be much more fun with more people. Kathy suggested that you type ready in the search box. This is really lame, but I don’t know how find people’s emails to invite them.

Marci - please join too. Hope to see your check-in tonight!
