I’ve never cleaned a lancing device. Honestly, it never occured to me to do this. Guess you can tell I don’t read directions:) I use the MultiClik & change the lancet drum twice a year, maybe. Never had an infection. A T1 friend whose had diabetes for about 35 years saw me changing a lancet & laughed. I always wash my hands well before testing. Have never used alcohol wipes because they don’t disinfect. Soap & water do a better job.
