I just finished medical school (yay!) and am moving back to Michigan for my residency. I was diagnosed about a year ago and am training to run a half marathon this fall so I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good endo in the metro Detroit area, preferably one who has a lot of experience with type 1s. I live near Flint with is about an hour north of Detroit. Not sure where you are coming from, but I have an excellent Endocrinologist in Grand Blanc. Her name is Jean Nelson and she is amazing! She has her own CDE, very up to date on the newest treatments and very knowledgable about T1.
