Loss of insurance

I need some help. I lost my health insurance the other day. I already had the discount cards for my freestyle strips. Are there any other discount programs out there for people who are not insured? Trying to figure out how I will afford my meds now. Thanks.

you might find some help here

also, Wal-mart has a low cost bg meter that’s pretty good, called the Relion

Depending on what you use, almost all diabetes medications have discount cards. Same with test strips. Start first with your manufacturers and then branch out to toehr suppliers if those do not work. Call the company 800 custoimer service number if cannot find help.

Purchase the Contour next for twenty then get the strips on eBay. I actually got the meter free just by calling Bayer with a lame question about the testing fluid. I had a prescription for the Contour and the rep said I’ll send you the Contour next free because the strips for it are better. Anyhow 20 for a hundred strips on eBay is the going rate.
