I am new to this site and I think it’s awesome to see websites just for people who have diabetes. I have been searching for a low carb chocolate chip cookie recipe and I was wondering where I can find it.
The search function works pretty well. In the top right corner you will see an hourglass 
. Click that and simply type in the terms “low carb chocolate cookie” and you will be rewarded with a couple of recipes. Enjoy.
Just saw a recipe in the magazine Sift for almond flour chocolate chip cookie with 10 carbs per cookie. The recipe calls for a small amount of brown sugar but I bet you could substitute a baking blend. Recipes from King Arthur Flour (like this one) are usually pretty reliable.

There are plenty of flourless choc chip peanut butter cookie recipes on the net, they are so easy to make and delicious. Depending on what recipe you choose you may have to tweak the sugar content a bit or alter the type of sugar, half coconut sugar/half sweetener is possible.
