Can anyone tell me why I am having this painful, lower left back pain? I have been getting it for a month or more now & its really started to worry me. 
Has anyone else had this happen?
I get a lot of low back pain from a buldging disc. Low back pain is generally due to spine (disc) issues vs D-related. Or sleeping in a crazy positin. I might make an appoitnment with a chiropracter and get an X-ray.

PS. Contrary to popular belief, the kidneys are located more towards the middle of the back.
