Hey. Wait a minute. You went to the gym. You exercised. You “burned” fat. Don’t you realize what happens?

When you burn fat, your body mobilized body fat and turns it into ketones and those ketones are used for energy. It takes a little while for this fat burning to engage and then turn off. But guess what? Stop exercising and you are left with “extra” circulating ketones. Guess where they go. That is right, they exit right down on that test strip. Want to know why you had ketones? Because you burned fat.

Sorry, I will almost always show ketones after exercise. Don’t you hate a perfectly wasted freak out?
