Had to email my doc to have her put me on meds. Pills not shots. No matter what I did to curb hunger pains I was always hungry so I had to ask for the pills to help me loose some weights or die an early death for reason that could have been prevented. Doc put me on Metformin to help out. Have been able to keep my blood sugars down but my biggest problem was keeping my BGL’s from dropping down too low. I hope this helps.

Been on the Metforman now for about 3 weeks. Showing and having great results. I am not hungry all of the time and I am starting to loose weight. So far I have lost 6 lbs and I am able to use portion control too.
