I thought I would share my recipe for baking apples in the microwave, it is easy and quick.
Use any # of apples, Rome Beauty works best, I usually bake 2 or 3.
Pare the apples down about 1/3 from the top and core them
Pour some water into the hole left from coring, and add to the hole a few pieces of dried
cranberries.
Sprinkle over the apples, ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
Using a microwave safe container ( Pyrex works fine )
Bake them for 5-10 min. depending on how many apples you are using.
Cool after completed, they are delish !!
Carbs - only the apple, usually 15-20 carbs ( depending on the size of the apple)
