It was one of those Mondays where you’re hit all day with pissy little things - nothing major, just one small annoyance after the other, which builds until you’re just in a crappy mood generally. Interestingly, it seemed to be that way for many of my co-workers too, that things were going the same way for them (and their problems were different than mine). Sigh…
But I came home to find a message on my answering machine that the doctor’s office has actually faxed the authorization for my test strips to the pharmacy, so my full-on Presto use is a “go.” I never expected that so soon, as it was only requested Thursday evening, and the last time I requested a refill of a prescription from the office it took a full five days for the okay! I was sure I was in for multiple phone calls and a big hassle. The surprise of it has actually mellowed me out a bit…and I haven’t even had a drop of alcohol 
I think it’s going to be early to bed for me tonight, since I was up 'til 11:30 after watching the Tonys last night. It was worth every minute. Best.Tonys.ever. Neil Patrick Harris was perfect as host, and the musical numbers - wow! Just brilliant, all of them. But five hours sleep is catching up with me.
