Woo woo! Big celebration-hit my 20 years today!
I know I’m doing well when I still insist on prebolusing, carb counting and ‘celebrating’ with enough time to go to bed with good levels!
So for me that looks like a glass of (nice) champagne, smoked salmon, prosciutto, dip with celery and then… a cookies and cream chocolate mud cake yay! And I am honestly satisfied with that.
I eat what I want in my every day life so never feel deprived anyway
