The bottle looks like it is dated 1923 and it doesn’t even look like a box it looks more like a piece of hollowed out wood or cork if you look closely.

…Also on page 2 (of article in link posted above) are two more pictures. An old newspaper clipping, and a picture of the laboratory that insulin was discovered.
