Ok what is for breakfast

Thanks Terry, she is just another reason to stay healty. I do love my PB and coffie, I just have to remember portion size. maybe I should put on my plate what I put on my grandaughters plate, not the food just the portion, I have been walking about 2.5 to 3 miles atleast 5 days of the week. I thought maybe adding in some weight lifting after I lose another 10lbs. this should give me more energy to hang in there. also I want tire so easy. just check BS after eating 1 hr 137, 2hr 107.

Just got my blood test back today, my A1C was 5.6, did have some readings I was not so proud of, HDL 30, LDL 119.8, Trig 151, guess I am making some progress.
