I just found out from the rep that the current Canadian PDM accounts for correction and carb boluses in the IOB. I don't know why the Canadian one has this feature already but is only coming with the new smaller pods in the USA, but I'm really glad it is the case because that was an important issue for us. We will only be getting the new "mini" pods in Canada in several months time (we hope!) so I really would not have been happy waiting for that feature. We are going with OmniPod and Hillel and I are really looking forward to starting.
